Addition to above suggestion - Adding new system to existing landscape doesn't make any change to the data/cofiles. Process just adds additional system.

SAP Server and WINDOWS AD DS on same machine
We have a Windows AD DS on Windows Server 2012 Standard which is the Primary Domain Controller.
We have 2 identical servers connected to a Storage Area Network both of these systems are also running Windows Server 2012 Standard.
On the SAN we have created 3 Virtual Machines for DEV/QAS/PRD.
Failover Clustering and Hyper V roles are activated on both of these servers. If one of these identical servers goes down (hardware fault), the Virtual Machines would be available thru second identical server and vice versa.
Question:
Can I install A Central Instance of SAP ECC 6 on the physical server which is already running active directory / domain controller services?
This Instance would serve as my SANDBOX instance.

I guess the problem would be i am not able to import profiles of active servers.
I checked secstore no red light traffic lights.
executed RFC_PING no error messages.
but still i am facing below error.

Kindly post the results or snapshot after manually executing function module UPG_READ_SYS_ENVIRONMENT under SE37.
Also confirm for proper permissions and ownerships on /usr/sap.. directory at OS level.

ADS Configuration
Hi Gurus,
I need to configure ADS (Adobe Document system), our Production system is only ABAP system , but our solution manager server is ABAP and Java stack and also BW production server is dual stack, Please provide the document to configure the ADS server in our landscape and also prerequisite to implementation for the ADS servers. MY SAP production is running on EHP6 ( Windows 2008R2 & SQL 2012). Request to all please help to configuration of ADS server.

Are you able to import profile parameters via RZ10 ? Also try to reset Host Name Buffer system through SM51 and try to execute the FM again.
In addition kindly confirm system details with us.Kindly refer SCN document RZ10: issues while saving, activating or importing profiles - Basis Corner - SCN Wiki
to more on import issue of Profile parameters.
