How to deleted objects in the quality system which are not longer existing in the dev sys?
Hi All,
i have a question about deleted objects in dev which were transported before into the quality system.
1. Objects were transported into Quality systems and after some new objects were created. It was planned to delete the old objects, collected them into a TR and transport them into the target for deletion. Unfortunately a colleague of mine deleted those objects and remove tem from the request. Now the objects are not any more existing in the dev system but in the traget.
- How can i restore the deleted objects, collect them into a TrRand transport them into the target to get deletion there as well?
- Or how can i delete those objects in the target without any rights?
2. How to find out who has deleted the objects?

Host details to create technical system in Portal SLD for ECC
Hi,
To create technical system for ABAP (ECC) in Production portal by manually, I have shared with two separate host details by basis from Production ECC which are
Database Host Name: XXXXXXXXA
Message Server Host Name: XXXXXXXXB
Central Application Host Name: XXXXXXXXB
where as in Non-Production ECC systems, there is only one host for Database, Message server & Central Application as below
Database Host Name: XXXXXXXXA
Message Server Host Name: XXXXXXXXA
Central Application Host Name: XXXXXXXXA
While I checked with basis, in production system separate hosts are maintained for Database and Message server and where as in non-prod environment it has maintained only one host for all.
I am in confusion on the answer given by basis, also where can I find below details in ECC system.

Message Server Host Name & Port:
Central Application Host Name:

SM21+Database error 10060 at CON
Dear All,
We are facing issue in our solution manager ,recently we have configured system monitoring in our solman system ,we are getting below issue in sm21
Database error 10060 at CON
Because of this every 1 or 2 min one email is generating, I have searched in the logs also but unable to find any solution how to stop this error in sm21 we are using mssql server database .
Alert description
IA 000 001 user BY 2 Database error 10060 at CON
09004 Dialog work process No. 000 user 1 SAPMSSY1 K SAP Web AS Problem SBAC
Documentation for system log message BY 2 :
After the attempt to call a database operation, the database system has
returned the error code specified in the message, which indicates that
the operation concerned could not be executed successfully.
Technical details
936 640 h Database Error (Non-SQL) BY 2 10060 CON
Please guide and suggest how to resolve the issue .

Hi Pat,
As per my understanding of your requirement, Now you want to delete objects in QA system which are not required and also have been deleted in Dev also (however entries inTR have been deleted).
For this one idea will be..
- Collect these objects in a Transport Request of type "transport of copies" in QA system.
- After this, import this transport of copies request in Dev.
- Now, after import on Dev you have all objects. So Delete them again and collect changes in Transport which needs to be moved to QA for deleting objects there.

I have Recently created some new User for Testing Purpose, And when they are trying to Run T-code CIC0 they are getting a slightly different page display when you compare it to a User who has the same Role&Profile as these New Test User which I have created.
I researched a little bit about t-code PPOMW, but its bit confusing. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
Go to stms_path transaction code...
Create a TR group as mentioned in my earliler reply with target system as QAS and SBX.
once all done you need to just add a transport route (F6) it will show the a pencil mark using which draw the route from DEV to TR group created.
and assign the layer to be used on the route done. Activate and distribute the settings.
Make sure the changes are done in Client 000. Hope this solves you issue.

I am not sure what is your issue. I would suggest to run some traces on the program indicated by your EWA.
You can also try to look for correction related to that program or the table.
You should use STAD (with table activated in ST03) or ST12.

what do you see in the corresponding work process trace (dev_w*), which database connection is affected - to local database or to one of the monitored databases? Is this connection configured in DBACOCKPIT and does the connection test work in DBACOCKPIT?

Hi Kristian,
You may look at tuning this parameter values to achieve desired results.
rslg/max_diskspace/local
rslg/central/file
rslg/central/old_file
To store 9 months of data you may need enough disk space and adjust the value of parameter rslg/max_diskspace/local to appropriate value.
