I looks to me that these are only Text or some trace .
You can delete trc files in the below mentioned directory.
/usr/sap/EPP/JC40/j2ee/cluster/server0/log
delete the files
defaultTrace.*.trc
applications.*.log
and files in the archive directory.
Can you remind of any activity that was done on 02/07/2013 date and time 160239.
