Sounds like you need a macro to do various clicks in the SLD web page; I have seen macro recorders a few years ago (never used any of them). You could also give AutoIT a try and pull up the SLD, login, click the things you need to click and then close the web page.

No, not a macro. I want something to run off the system itself, which reside on Unix servers, and I want it scripted via shell, perl, java, etc... so that I can schedule it. e.g. At 8:00 AM every morning I want to switch from ECC AX1 to ECC AX2. With macros, I think it would have to run from a MS desktop or something... I want it to come from a crontab inside the Unix system.

I don't think there is a way you can script configuration changes inside of the SLD; my line of thinking is that if the SLD is down and your script tries to run, it can't verify changes are what you want to set them to be.
If you have a Windows system you could leverage, it would make things easier on you.
Perhaps someone else has an idea?

how to take backup multipal volums
Hello team,
due to increase in data size backup error.
we are using hp MSL 2024 tape Library 800 gb media for backup.
but now data is 820 gb system asking for two backup vol.
we had changed device type to tape_auto .
now data is writing on first tape but not able to write data on tape two
kindly help how to solve this problem

Do you use some sort of logon script for user logon ? Can you share the screenshot of user's screen ?
Please check below points too:
1. Clear history of the web browser and check again if this solves.
2. Check if you have assigned only that particular transaction through a transaction i-view and whether user is having authorization to other transaction.

Hello
Call Tx SE38 and execute the program RSNTABCONSISTENCY or RSDDCHECK for a consistency check.
Select "Individual Objects". Enter AFVC and execute.
Try to activate the structure AFVC from Tx SE11.
If it throws an error then call Tx SE37 and execute the function module DD_NAMETAB_DELETE against the structure AFVC.
Once done activate the structure AFVC from Tx SE11.

2) Please share last 1000 lines from alert_SID.log ?
3) Is this the problem only on APP server ?
4) Does the same problem appear in CI server as well ?
5) Share the SAP parameters set in affected SAP systems.
