This error generally happens with firewall .Share your firewall details as well & i also suggest you to navigate scn link WSAECONNRESET: Connection reset by peer for same issue.

We are not facing any kind of issue in the gateway or SAP servers. users are able to login to SAP servers through sap router, but the some problem exist in the saprouter , when the SAP support team want to connect to the server they are not able to login to server.
i have tested the connection through command niping -s it is OK but when is use the command
niping -c -O -S 3299 -H 192.168.1.6
it is giving the below error
