Can you try and restart the host agent now and see if you get the correct time. Try to restart the system and see if it helps. Please also provide the version of sap host agent that you are at
As mentioned in the note that the time zone of the SIDADM and root should be same but if you cant have as per the company policy you have another used with the same settings. I know that you don't have any data missing but that can also be the cause of it.
