Can you try to check the authorization trace for the current update process in the target system. If single record cant be updated then can you try to increase trace level of the gateway and see if it record more details and the amount of data received in the target system. If the data can be seen in the gateway of the target system then it cant be network issue.
Can you please provide the kind of load that is having the issue. Is it will all the load?
Does all the load fails or only this specific process.
As suggested earlier you can use the above note to check network issue.
Do you see any error in the dev_rd logs.
