can you please check if data file and Cofiles are present at OS level.
datafile: /usr/sap/trans/data
cofiles: /usr/sap/trans/cofiles
also can you please elaborate your details more, like is there correct transport path maintained, from which system you released, whether you got any error during release. etc.
