Although you should definitely check the errors pointed by Sunil, they are not related to the Message Server 404 error.
Have you read the SAP note 1528396, as suggested by the error message itself? 
Is your "wdisp/system_X" parameter pointing to the correct Message Server host and HTTP(S) port?
