unfortunately a not responding printer can have various reasons: it can be a network problem, or the printer is busy, even a hardware error, etc.
If Berkeley protocol is used with SAPSPrint, perhaps the SAPSPrint log can show some information.
Other than that, in the case of problems with remote printers the administrator needs to check why it is not responding.
In this case unfortunately the timestamps of SP01 possibly won't give a solution.
