Try logging in as the J2EE_ADMIN account first to see if you have the correct password. The J2EE_ADMIN account is more of a pain to change the password on.
It's sounding like you have an incorrect password entered in the configuration wizard. One of the things that you can do is clone the accounts which with you are having issues, setup the new accounts as service accounts and make sure that you can log in as those accounts. Once you have validated the accounts on their respective systems, change the log in data in the wizard to reflect the new user accounts. This should allow you to finish your configuration. Once that is done we can go back and resolve the password issues with the original accounts.
