From the logs it looks like that some of the old kernel files are picked...
Please check when to replace the kernel from 720 to 721 some file are still not replaced.
it shows that old file is still present some where in home of sidadm or in /usr/sap/sid/DV*/exe or some where.
Please try to run the find command with the file dboraslib.dll in the root directory and see where all you can find it.
You should not find old version as the old version is causing issues.
