Dear All,
we are facing the same issue upgrading PI 7.3 (Microsoft Cluster)system to the SPS12 with SUM SP11 Patch 8 :
Assertion failed for (false) at com.sap.sdt.util.diag.SDT.check ( SDT.java:59 ) ; Host name < scshost > does not belong to any instance in the cluster.
Please could you send us the patch jar that you solved the problem ?
