Same thing for me, now i could install the SOLMAN 7.1 SP12. The SolMan 7.1 is now updated. But on Windows, i faced several problems that have to be solved, especially with the start of the Shadow Instance.
Anyway, from my point of view, this problem is solved, but OSS Note N° 2066785 has to be released or the SUM tool as to be updated to include it and, then, the original question will be answered.
