Mdx parser

I have error in Mdx parser .it is :

I update version of librfc32.dll in windows32 to 5/10/2012 but I have same error

and I have error in run mdxsrv , in cmd I wrote :

mdxsvr -amdxparser -g<host> -x<gateway> -t (replace <host> and <gateway>

and result was error :

The application failed to initialize properly....

how to solve it????
