the error message "HTTP 500 internal Server error" says a ODBC Problem !!!
Try to re-install the ODBC Drivers only. Start the Setup an choose only the ODBC Driver.
After installing the Drivers again please start the odbcreg.exe to Register the Driver Information in the registry!
I think u should try to turn off the Windows Firewall, maybe the Firewall blocked something.
