yes the installation went well.

the libsqlplus.so is located in /oracle/DE7/11203/lib.I have chaked and found--

for orade7

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/oracle/DE7/11203/lib:/usr/sap/DE7/SYS/exe/uc/linuxx86_64:/usr/sap/DE7/SYS/exe/run:/oracle/DE7/112_64/lib

for root

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/oracle/DE7/11203/lib

is the path set correctly?
