The reason for the above is
"There is a hard-coded limitation on the number of datafiles in R3load. Which allows to handle 256 datafiles (<package>.001-package>.256) by R3load for every single package. If 256 datafiles will be not enough to unload the data for one package then R3load cannot close the 256th datafile and create and write the next 257th datafile"
Follow the sapnote 1922094 - Too many data file entries for table <tablename> - error during database export
