You can run RZ20 transaction code.

1. Extras from menu bar- > Active Maintenance Function

2. SAP CCMS Monitor Templates - Entire System

3. SID - R/3 Services

a. Background -Instance Name(hostname_SID_Ins-Number) - Utilisation - select checkbox

b. Dialog - Instance Name(hostname_SID_Ins-Number) - Utilisation - select checkbox

c.Spool - Instance Name(hostname_SID_Ins-Number)  -SpoolService - Utilisation - Select checkbox

d. Update same as above

View in menu bar -Details for Performance Node.
