New system inclusion for LMDB and Manage system config

Hi,

I have installed a new system , now want to add it in LMDB and configure it for MOPZ and Manage system configuration set up

New system - NW 7.3

Solman version for manage system config -7.1

Please give me the steps to be follwed.
